Kim and Chris Murphy have been award winning agents, since we began our real estate careers 12 years ago. As Rookies of the Year, we set the standard for what was to follow. Receiving Awards for productivity became a yearly event, culminating in our receipt of "Legends" in 2006. The previous three years have brought a new award received from our clients, " The Five Star: Best in Client Satisfaction Real Estate Agent". Less than 7% of the areas agents receive this award that is consumer based. Chris was awarded "Realtor of the Year" for 2009 by his peers in the real estate community. Kim sits on the Board of Directors for the North San Diego County Association of Realtors.
Along with our commitment to your real estate needs, we both remain very involved in our community. Kim is President of the Fallbrook Area Visitors Bureau, which sponsors wonderful events for Fallbrook. During the summer, enjoy Wine and A Bite Art Walks and on Labor Day, the FAVB will sponsor the innaugural P, B & J, Pop, Blues & Jazz festival featuring Train, Robert Cray and Slim Man with the Big Band Jazz Machine. Chris remains very involved with the Fallbrook Village Rotary and its strong philathropic message.
